Business Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
MEMC business hours are weekdays from 9am to 5pm. Anything outside of these hours is considered off-hours. Please note, staff adhere to business hours and may not be responsive outside of these hours, including weekend Krios collections. If you have an inquiry during off-hours, please email memc [a] nysbc.org and we will try our best to accommodate you the following business day.
Users may apply to use the center off-hours, more information can be found here.
MEMC observes all 11 federal holidays and will therefore be CLOSED on the following days:

- Washington’s Birthday (Presidents Day): February 21, 2022
- Memorial Day: May 30, 2022
